Farzad Forohar, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist practicing at North Shore Digestive Medicine in Smithtown, Long Island. For more than 25 years, he has provided comprehensive, compassionate digestive care to patients in Smithtown, Commack, Hauppauge, St. James, Nesconset, Kings Park, and surrounding communities.
